Southdown Wellbeing Centre London Road

Our Wellbeing Centre in Bexhill  provides a range of community-based mental health and wellbeing support to enable clients to get well, stay well and prevent crisis.

The Centre is a part of a network of mental health recovery support, called the East Sussex Community Network .

Our team of friendly Recovery Workers will work with someone to develop a personalised wellbeing plan and support them to access activities and groups at the Centres and in the local community.

"When I visited, I was struck by the commitment, warmth and experience of the team and its warm, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere."

We offer a wide variety of person-centred groups that are offered online and face-to-face, within our Centres and in outdoor locations.
